Thumbs down Suitable dwarf hamster cage

I'm looking for a bigger home for carmen cuz she's in a temporary cage at the mo. But its so hard to find decent sized hamster cages in the UK. The rspca have guidelines to cage sizes so why don't manufactures build cages to those specifications? Pets at home are completely useless too, all their cages fall short on the space needed for all animals. Unless you make your own where can you get a decent home from?

I am at a disadvantage because I am one of the only people in the world without a debit card so can't shop online unless I borrow someone else's

Ah ok Could a local shop order a cage or large fish tank for you? Our local shop can order in zoozones for us

If you are completely stuck for ideas you could always make a bin cage, Wilkinsons sell a 64 litre one for £10 that measures about 80 x 40 cm (and you can fit a 6.5" wheel in there). You could always stack one on top of another if you want to make the cage even bigger- I have done that.

You could also try looking on second hand websites like Preloved, quite a few of my cages are second hand and are in really good condition. You can also pay for them in cash

Thanks. There's a pet warehouse type shop not far from me I'm gonna try that never normally disappoints, if not I'll try your suggestions. Would like to find a nice home as soon as possible really.
