Tips to get her to lose weight?

My female also looks quite large at times, but she's never changed weight since she reached adult size. My recommendation would be to watch her weight, but also if you are concerned weigh her food carefully to ensure you aren't accidentally overfeeding, and try and let her out in an open space so she can get more exercise. Although my female has a very large wheel she seems to get bored easily and so doesn't use it, however she loves a good pootle round the living room supervised closely of course, since the time she chewed through the internet cable.

She looks fine to me and not overweight at all. Hamsters don't tend to overeat. A hamster that is looked on as overweight often has something medically wrong such as bloating or a lump inside or too small a wheel so it cannot excercise properly.
