Im hoping to get some robos soon. I do have a pets at home nearby but was wondering if I should get them from a breeder, and how do you go about finding one? x

A good idea would be to contact the hamster club that covers your area via the National Hamster Club site. Of course there may be some breeders also registered in the breeding section on this board. I would try the Southern Hamster Club. If you have any difficulties, try sending PM to Bourne Valley on this forum. Until recently, she was the Southern secretary.

I know Tammy22 breeds robos and ELC has also just had a litter of robos.

There is a breeders list on the forum and Tammy of Oak Farm Roborovskis has a listing there. She is in the south so you could contact her and ask about litters. You could also contact the secretaries of the Midland and Southern Hamster clubs and they will be able to put you in contact with your nearest beeder.

yep I would try tammy if you can as she has lovely robos all tame and good looking! I travelled a very long way to get to her, and if you don't live too far away from her it's eevn more worth it and easier (due to me taking the train)!

good luck on finding some!

I have a 3 day old litter (so no idea how many babies yet) and also some 9 week old robos from my previous litter (4 boys, 3 girls) but I'm in London (not far from Liverpool St station) so it might be a bit of a trek! Tammy is probably closer is you're driving as she's in the West Midlands.

I can't think of any breeders of Robos closer to you than Tammy or ELC - so it looks like you may have to travel.
