Yes I do have that I am so glad I didn't use it!!! I will get the blue stuff. My other hamsters had that, but the viscose looked more soft and warm. I shall be throwing that away and getting the blue stuff

That viscose stuff is what's been removed from some wilkos stores. Looks like it's only the ones we've approached directly, not the whole company! :/

It does look a bit silly. I'm thinking I might get some post-it notes and stick them on in shops saying "this kills hamsters-don't buy it"

I want to email a lot of companies, but I'm struggling with how to phrase it so that they'll actually listen. I think you need to make it sound as though their company will benefit somehow.

I'm so annoyed that P@H haven't replied. I really thought they would! I listed the company benefits and what I'm looking to do. Grr

Could you word it so that it sounds like there reputation will be better (listening to thier customers and them having good ethics by not selling a dangerous product).

That's exactly what I did with P@H, but they haven't responded to me and it was almost a week ago :/
