P@H really do annoy me

1) They sold me 4 'male' hamsters. 1 was female and I've sadly had to give her to a friend to take care of

2) They gave me a lecture when I got to the checkout and wouldn't sell me any hay as they thought it was for my hamster. I told them I had 2 house rabbits and eventualy we took a walk over to companion care who comfirmed I had rabbits!

Ooooo... give me strength...

that's quite good really how they questioned you when they thought you might be buying something unsuitable. but i guess they should have been a bit nicer about it when you said you had rabbits, rather than caller you a liar.

i bought 5 female robos from them and 3 were boys. i had 2 litters of 7

I sexed my robos in store, the girl just wasn't holding them right while double checking.

I new more about hamsters than her, which was fun. Though there was a couple behind me that was talking about how they killed one of the hams (by accident) but just laughed at it for ages. the store didn't seem to mind.

though I did have one problem tha lady who pack my bag (when there was needed two or three bags) bent my book in half.

they drive me bonkers.

some stores mix sex hams of all species
(majority mis sex robos )

recommend cages which are to small and unsuitable

and encouraging people to buy stuff only from them and not to experiment in there care guides in the starter set

they tell you whatever sex they think you want to hear. if i little girl goes in they tell her the hamster is a girl for example, to make a sale. when i bought my robos i said i wanted girls and the woman was like um... yeah... they are girls...

though I often find they have a 'stock' out back of different sexes ready to go out when the current lot is out. you just have to ask, and act you like you know what you are talking about.

You know those tick boxes one the raciet, I had all mine ticked even though I didn't go through half the stuff and I didn't get the leaflet, thats a bit wrong really, do they do that with everyone?

When I bought Pip the guy went through all of them with me, asking me a bunch of questions and he seemed quite happy I knew what I was talking about
