Dwarfs aren't a lot different to Syrians in care
You should avoid sugary treats/fruits, as she might be diabetic prone. They tend to eat about the same amount daily. She won't need the same sized wheel as a Syrian would or she may struggle to move it. But alike many 'Syrian sized' products, they're often too small if sold as 'Dwarf sized'. So you should go for what is marketed as 'Syrian sized' for a dwarf, so for example, a 6.5" silent spinner/flying saucer or similar wheel. The cage doesn't need to be quite so big either, but of course bigger is always better! As for handling, she might be a bit quicker than a Syrian, but it's something you will get used to with time
