I was just wondering if anyone has ever had any trouble sending products back to EquineCanineFeline for either a refund or exchange? I bought two plastic corner shelves from them and they turned out t o be a bit naff so they said to return them and i could have either an exchange or get my money back. It's been over two weeks now since i returned the shelves and i haven't heard anything from them yet. I've also emailed them three times and they haven't replied to any of my emails

Just wondered if anyone else has had any bad experiences from them?

Oh that sucks.
I've never had any problems sending stuff back, I had to return a cage once and all went fine.
Plus they are usually good at getting back to peoples emails quickly.

No idea why they are not replying to you....could you call them?

I wanted to phone them but couldn't find a number anywhere on the website, but alas as soon as i sent them my third angry email saying i wouldn't be shopping with them anymore i suddenly received a reply

Said they are going to look into my complaint to see what is going on, i'm not holding my breath though

Hmmmm, not brilliant. Have just looked & no, there doesn't seem to be a phone number for them anywhere.

Did you pay with Paypal? You can always raise a paypal dispute via your paypal account. Some sellers seem to take more notice of that.... Good luck

I have this phone number for them. It may not be any good as it's from an 2010 invoice but it's worth a try

Oh right yes i did pay using paypal. Maybe i will raise a dispute. As you said maybe they'll take more notice of that rather than an email
