Re: Oh gosh, I lost Tank! What do I do?
Perhaps you could use his hunger to your advantage... Tempt him with something nice and he may come out of hiding..
There was another idea on the forum a while a go (apologies because I can't remember who posted it) said a fine layer of baby powder on the floor will let you know if he is out and about...
Good luck

Re: Oh gosh, I lost Tank! What do I do?
i'd use flour instead of baby powder as the scent is less, so hams would be less likely to avoid it - but FAB idea whoever came up with it
I hope you find him safe and sound

Re: Oh gosh, I lost Tank! What do I do?
I have a strong feeling I know which room hes in. I checked on the peanut butter spoon and the peanut butter was on the other end of the spoon with some sunflower shells next to it. So its either him or, the peanut butter slid down and those are just sunflower seed shells my sister left (she eats them a lot and she put the shells in a bag and they spilt all over the place. She hasnt cleaned it yet so there are still a lot of shells.)
But it was next to the door, not the chair where they spilt. I cant find him but if I looked really hard id wake her up. So at least I have a good guess now!
Plus, the room is right next to the bathroom.

Re: Oh gosh, I lost Tank! What do I do?
I havent found him yet
Im so worried the cats got him
There are scratch marks on the bulletin board that was on top of the bin. That dosent necessarily mean they got him though. They might of just scratched it a bit.
Would you be able to tell if the cats got him/ate him? I have no idea what to do. (I dont think I can do the flour thing because my sister probably wont let me put flour on the floor.)
I hope hope hope hes okay. Poor thing...

Re: Oh gosh, I lost Tank! What do I do?
If the cats had got him they wouldn't have eaten him so you would have found some horrible evidence I'm afraid!
Domestic cats kill more for 'fun' than they do to get a meal.
I'm thinking the cats haven't got him based on the non evidence.
Hope you find him soon, i would go through the rooms on by one until i'd turned the full place over.
