Coco and Snowy

Well it's been an odd sort of day, we went from no hamsters and always in the past preferring male syrians, to two hamsters, both girls, one being a dwarf!

Coco is a syrian about a year old and very friendly, and Snowy about 8 months and I'm told is a winter white.

Both girls have had a hard day, what with being dragged back here (only 3 miles) into a strange environment, so both are having a well earned rest before I let the kids loose on them.

They came from a nice guy who is moving and cannot take them. They both seem well kept, the dwarf has a little chinchilla sand bath and everything. I will try to keep them both as well as they are used to.

So, tomorrow I expect to bring back at least one elephant and a heard of bison... or maybe just some hamster food! (hamsters don't eat elephants, right?)

Aww, they are just adorable! You really never do know what you may come home with! I've always had preferences and didn't think I'd go away from those preferences, then would come with something totally different!
