Could this make it harder to tame her?
When I got her she got lost and she was on my side table and must of fallen. Could that make it harder for her to trust me? I didnt drop her but I still dont know if that could make it harder. I also got her from Petco. Does that mean she could be harder to tame too?
P.S shes a teddy bear

Also, is it possible to tame a Robo Dwarf to let you pet it and not run away?

Re: Could this make it harder to tame her?
Its impossible to know if a fall will have made a difference to taming or not. Our syrian dived from my hands in the pet shop, was caught before she hit the floor and she was actually never bothered by it at all.
Pet shop hams are harder to tame than breeder hams, but our syrian was a really easily tamed pet shop ham so some will be easier than others.
Lastly, yes. It takes a lot of time and work, and some robos will never be entirely tame, but it is possible to tame them. They'll just always be faster than syrians lol

Re: Could this make it harder to tame her?
It wasnt a super long fall (my dwarf fell from really high once and was perfectly fine) so hopefully she wont be harder to tame.
Pretty sure she will be easier then robos though.

Re: Could this make it harder to tame her?
I'm sure she'll be ok
And yeah, most syrians will be more easily tamed than robos (breeder robos excepted).

Re: Could this make it harder to tame her?
I'd check for and clear tangles daily. Its the best with LH males and I don't see any reason to do any less for females, even if they do get tufts rather than a skirt.
Plus then you have less chance of needing to cut knotted bits out of the fur later.

Re: Could this make it harder to tame her?
No problem, we don't own a LH ham (yet... one day in the distant future I will get my dream LH male syrian lol) but I spend way too much time on this site reading things
Owning eight hams also helps lol
