Default Runner Wooden Exercise Wheel

Has anyone else got this from Zooplus?
Small Pet Exercise Wheels - Runner Wooden Exercise Wheel: Free Delivery on orders £19+ at zooplus!

I ordered it but it's too stiff for Galaxy :/ She can hardly move it?
Do you think they will refund me if she has used it?
Also now I don't know what wheel to get her.
Is the 20cm Wonderland too small?
If it is I don't know if to get the 29cm or just the silent spinner.

They should take it back, I bought 3 returned wheels from their ebay shop, and one didn't turn, this implies that they should take it back as the one I got was most likely a return from somebody else..
sorry for saying that in such a convoluted way, but I just mean they should take a return, a 20cm wheel will most likely be grown out of too

Okay thank you!
I have emailed them and just hope they offer a return and take it back. No point in having a wheel they can't run on!
She is quite a small syrian but as she currently basically doesn't have a wheel I am just going to get her a silent spinner from jolleys tomorrow! Want her to have a wheel asap and Buttons loves hers!

I love the Wonderland wheels Jodie but they can work out expensive. My little darling gnawed two to pieces.

Wooden wheels = urine stains/splinters. Otherwise I would have bought one to try. I just don`t like the fact that they are not coated or have a wipeable running surface.

Hope you get a refund Jodzie. I would go for a Junior wodent wheel from the sugar glider website. I bought mine there and they were great. They are 8" inches across while Regular silent spinners are only 6.5" across the centre.

In the end I decided to get a 12inch silent spinner - Like Buttons =)
I agree Racinghamster, don't think the wooden ones will last that longer.
Also they are giving me a refund =)
