how to embed pictures

When i upload pics they are always attachments you have to click to see within the post. I see other people manage to show pics already displayed in their posts. How do you do that ?

Put [*img*] URL HERE [/*img*] without the *

and the URL is the URL of the pic you have uploaded to the internet...I usually use tinypic.com to upload it to the internet x
