when hamsters are born, do they squeek straight away or do they only start squeeking so many days after they are born?

because i am not really sure if they was born on the day we first heard them squeeking or not.

i am just trying to work out how old exactly they are and when i need to seperate them.

Some are more vocal than others, mine started squeaking after a few days (I knew they'd been born because mum lost her bumps and was staying the nest) x
