I just checked my orders on Amazon and I saw that they are going to be delivered today!! Mail comes around this time of day ( 12:45pm - 1:30pm ) so I am eagerly awaiting them!

I just heard a noise outside my door as I was typing this post. Could that be them? Going to go check!!

Nope, it was just the wind. I guess I am that excited!!!!

They're here!! I am going to dive into the hamsterlopaedia right now!!

Enjoy the book! I've learned a lot from it.

I ordered the book too, it came a few days ago. Read it all yesterday morning It does go in to a lot of detail, almost too much for me -- but then, I did do A level biology and a genetics module in first year at uni, so a lot of the biology stuff I knew anyway so a lot of the earlier detail I skipped. I mainly bought it for the list of diseases, though, and it seems very comprehensive

(One actual issue with it is that it's a few years old now, so things have changed a bit. There's no mention of husky Robos, for one, I'm assuming they just hadn't appeared when the book was published Also it doesn't talk about all the variations of substrate, just mentions sawdust, shavings and I think the third one was paper? But this is me just nitpicking now, it's worth a lot more than the £3 I paid for it )
