He is quite handsome isn't he? <3 I'm sure he'd thank you for all the compliments if he could =P
And I figured out the "stomach scent gland" problem! He has a dark spot of his stomach. Whoops xD Yesterday was the longest he let me hold him so i managed to get a good look at it. It looked sort of like a gerbil scent gland at a quick glance, hamster scent glands are a different color apparently though! (Gerbils' are dark-ish like the spot)

Lookie here, I'm learning! As soon as I saw your hamster I said "That is definitely a Syrian." before even reading the posts down at the bottom. I guess we both learned something new here, eh? May I say Flopsy is quite the looker.
