My hamsters keep me amused every day with their funny little quirks and the things they do. I was just wondering what funny things your hamster do that make you laugh. These funny little quirks are the reason we love them so much!

Mumble makes me laugh when he gets up from a sleep to get food from his bowl & does the whole thing with his eyes shut! He also makes me laugh when he does his meerkat impression. I had the window open in my room today for some fresh air and I think he could hear the wind blowing & the birds tweeting & he stood up tall doing his meerkat impression and it makes me laugh everytime! Domino makes me laugh how he is now using his potty to do his business but this is also the place he runs to if I give him a treat. Today I gave him a hamster cookie and off he went running with it in his mouth into his potty to eat it, lovely!

Sherlock has a few things that make me laugh, I love it when he's playing and always seems to come to where I'm sitting as if to say 'mum mum!! Watch me watch me' then he'll climb his swing and jump off! He also sticks his bum out his house when he's sleeping.xx

Bailey waits until Im in bed then starts running on her wheel, if I sit up she instantly flies of and dives into bed! I've never punished her or stopped her running so I don't know why she does it, but it's very funny to see her scuttling off! She has taken to bashing her cube off the cage side if I don't let her out too which is very sweet.
On the note of your sleepy eating, Bailey does the same, she'll go for a wee, get some food then go back to bed without opening her eyes once!

The russians routinely wake each other up and mean as it is to not sympathise with whoever just got woken... Its cute! They also wander over to the front of the cage and peer at us every 30-60 mins when awake which is also quite cute
Whizz currently asks for a treat on a daily basis which for her is awesome as she's really shy and nervous most of the time (not my fault I gave her one once - I swear I need to find small, safe ham treats and just carry them 24/7 lol)
Skip dives into his "bed" via the window of his house rather than the door which makes me smile
Muffin manages to turn her wheel on a nightly basis. No idea how but it starts one way and has turned near 90 degrees overnight every time we put it back as it was lol
And Scamp... She chews bars to tell us off and/or panic us, and another favourite is to pretend she hates her hamster heaven (extension) all day and then use it on a nightly basis lol

Dusty sleeps in his house with just his nose poking out. When he wants to go back into his cage he runs up my arm and sits in the crook and waits. The funniest is when his pouches and mouth are full. Yesterday the last thing he put in was peanuts. From the front the nuts were sticking out in a line and it looked as if he had giant false teeth in.

Echo watches intently as i approach her cage plotting her escape and then when she is out for play time and i do tube tunnels for her she goes through the entire thing upside down so her belly is facing up even though its flat on the ground. Aki jumps on the door to the cage when I come close to it and just hangs on it even though she knows i can't open it til she gets down its like she can't wait that long as i am too slow.
