its awful what idoit like this can do and makes me feel sick.
aqnd personly i dislike dogs but i dont think its an excuse to feed a dog to a shark or somthing bad example i know.
thougth i do think there need to be tighter enforcement on dog fouling!

Tegu's are beautiful creatures(flame me all you want- i don't care), but they can be so easily be trained to take dead foods... Foods that have been killed humanely..

well, i don't even believe in keeping animals that require other animals to be killed and fed whole. fair enough with dogs that eat dog food, but not these weird exotic things that eat dead rats/mice/hamsters etc. i don't care how they were killed, i don't like it.

Fair enough, thats your opinion. But this isn't about wether keeping herps is right or not. I am not a member of youtube for the reason that they don't seem to care about animal cruelty, and i try to avoid using it when ever i can.

I think there are limits, which should have been adhered to in this instance.
Whilst the debate around live/dead food for some exotic pets will continue for a long while, I think the publishing of such a video as a form of entertainment should be the deciding factor - and it is for that reason that I flagged the video as offensive.
Whilst I appreciate the Tegu has as much right to eat as any other animal, I do not see why - in the light of the evident stress of the hamster - why this should be considered entertainment.
At the risk of wiping out my previous, intelligent comments, with a generalisation - but why do we see so much of this coming out of America?

Ive decided not to watch it after looking at the comments. Whenever i see these videos it makes me mad and i want to go out and buy every hamster in the world so that these people cant get hold of them. I will get my boyfriend to flag it when he comes home from work later, he has a youtube account.
