Re: Pet supermarket...
When bella was younger we ordered a imac fantasy cage from there, it took around 4 weeks to come :/ and when it came the green things on the top were cracked! we sent it back and the next time it arrived fine but i mean 4 weeks its redicoulous! and in the mean time she was in the cage she is in now as the imac fantasy became a bit difficult for her as she became older. and havnt ordered from there since and it took 3 and a half weeks to be dispatched!! it is just awful

Re: Pet supermarket...
Ah now you mention Chin sand, I ordered 4 boxes from there a little while ago and they took a month to come. They didn't answer my e-mail until a week later either!
I've never been too impressed with them tbh, yes the prices are good but their delivery can be atrocious.

They have a habit of not telling you if they have run out of stock

Re: Pet supermarket...
In fact I got so fed up with their excuses about suppliers running out of stock that I cancelled the order and they promised me a refund...which iv just noticed looking at statements that I have not received and iv accidentally deleted the emails. Grrrrr.

Re: Pet supermarket...
I have ordered there before and it was fine so I trusted them with a bigger order. Regretting it now :/

Re: Pet supermarket...
They do seem very hit and miss. The only problem I had was with the Chin sand, all the other times everything has come within a week.
Gotta say, I wouldn't trust them with a cage order, they seem to really let themselves down in that area.

Re: Pet supermarket...
I would ring them Onion and find out what stage your order is at and if and when it turns up and your not happy, return it (take photos of the damage and e-mail it to them) and ask for a refund and go elsewhere. If your order turns up fine, then you have learned a valuable lesson. Don`t buy from them again.
