Violet, female, 2 years, old age, not bred
Timmy, female (originally sold as male) my rescue, 20 months, possible stroke, not bred
Hammy, male, my buddy way back in the 60s, a lovely pure Golden Hamster, 4+ years, died in sleep
Henrietta, my first Ham, back in the 60s black eyed cream, accident with cat, about 12 months.

My hamster Whiskers was a male who lived to 2 years 6 months and passed very naturally from old age in his burrow.

This thread is terrifying to me... I'm so sorry for everyone's losses. As of this moment, I have no one to go on the list (thank God!), but I just wanted to send a virtual hug to all those who've lost their babies.

All my hamsters have been syrians
Sparky male 3yrs 6mnths-old age
Honey male 2yrs ish-old age
Bayley male 6-9 months (pts his insides came out of his bum not sure of correct name)
Hamish male 11 months (pts my poor baby had wet tail although he fought it for 4 weeks it came back so had to have him pts)
Now have Jeffro after a few yrs break. He's 10 wks old and a cheeky monkey!

Morgan, 5-6 month old Campbell's male. Exact cause of death unknown, had recently recovered from cheek pouch infection.

Born: December 2012
Death: 22nd march 2013
Age: 3 months
Cause: Unknown, possibly stroke .
Symptoms: I was playing with him till 2:14 am he seemed very healthy and fit and was loving his new wheel ! Then suddenly the next morning he was crawling and limping around the cage !! i took him out and he was just moving all his legs while sleeping then he passed away :'(

Hamlet-Male-Syrian- 3 years- Old age
Sebastion- male- 2years- Tumor on his stomach so he couldnt eat, was put down
Colin- male syrian- 2 years 2 months- Old age
Tom- Male syrian- 2 years 6 months- old age
Turk and JD- dwarfs- 1 year- Unknown, found dead together.
