I can't decide who gets the criceti. arrgggggghhh!!

Originally I planned the criceti for Pickle as a treat for him being my angel, however seeing the size of it I'm now not sure.. I haven't even built it yet but its a monster of a cage..

At the moment both my boys are in a non branded barred cage which is slightly bigger than a cambridge but with a flat top and not curved..
I Just dont know who to put in the new cage.. Pickle is about 21 mnths old now so not a young un anymore so would it be unfair to move him at this age? and Pufflefluff is just 12 weeks so could benefit from the space..

arghhhh! I just don't know what to do. I feel so gulity whoever I choose..

Another question also.. The Puffinator sleeps a lot more lately.. is this just settling in behaviour?

Since pickle is older and will start slowing down long before pufflefluff, I'd put pufflefluff in there - he'd get the most use out of it!

However, you could always buy another so they are both in one... lol

I definately think Pufflefluff would be better in there, Pickle would probably get stressed by the move and the large amount of space. If you moved Pufflefluff into it could you connect the two smaller cages together?

why not give it to puffle, and get a nice fancy new house or wheel for pickle, he wont be left out, but wont need the space it brings so much

I did think that starlight, I could fit a tube between them I suppose.. mmmmmmmmmm.
Pickle has only just had a new house and wheel. They both get lots of time out and if anything Pickle gets more time out than the baby..

Why not make picke a special biscuit

mix any seeds/biscuit he likes with egg and bake in the oven? You could write pickle on it with sunflower seeds stuck on with honey? As a special treat

Or a chew stick or a new toy or ball

I definatly think it should be puffles cage

I might give him extra time in the bath, and the biscuit thing sounds good. He loves any food to be honest..
Since Peanut has passed he's had so many cuddles.

I agree with everyone else. Give it to Puffle.

Pickle is well settled where he is & he gets lots of out time anyway.
