itresting
terry is rex, his dad and great great grandad are, and nancy has it on the furthest back bit of her pedigree, Even if the pups are not rex it will be close and hopefully the one i keep will have a nice partner who is either rex or a close carrier from one of our lovely breeders
is that why some long hair hams look curly, but have no curly whiskers to be called a rex?
what a mess dose look curly from above in one of those pics?

Sometimes a carrier may have a slight wave but then often they don't so there is no real rule or way to spot it. Even if you know they are carriers as one parent is rex you can't really notice it.
There are often health issues with rexes though which you need to watch out for like the curly eyelashes damagingthe eyes. They are prone to eye infections etc. They also tend to be smaller and the coat can get very thin as they age. The rex dulls and lightens the colour too.

i understand that, terry has had odd eye moments in the past, where its stuck with sleep, but it was only for the first 2 weeks now he never gets it, sometimes a curled whisker can poke itno the nose making a sneeze, its cute, but im careful to observe it.
are you attending the swindon show souffle? Ild love you to meet terry. he is a massive hand full of fluff, he was quite slender, but in the past 3 weeks he has chunked out now.
long hair and rex combined make the colours paler even more, terrys skirt is light to his body, but its him he is getting his ticking now, its really intresting how its come later then i thought it would.
