Due to an unforseen circumstance, stellanova1 cannot do this month and has asked to swap with me. She will now be doing January while you have Rory this month!

Today, I have gotten some new stuff for Rory, so him exploring his new layout will be today's photo (as of writing this, I have yet to clean his cage out and add his new stuff).

This is an exiting month for us as Rory gets to visit his first show and if his mummy really cleans out her room and there's space... well... there has been rumblings that I may be allowed to get another hammy!

(Am I right in believing it's one pic per day and does it have to be of a hamster or can it be hamster related?)

Hehe, excited to see the photos! I don't think it has to be hamsters or hamster related, I've seen people post pics of dogs and stuff...

Looking forward to hearing about Rorys show and (hopefully) seeing pics of your future new hammie ^^

It doesnt have to be one pic a day it can be more and i think it can be any of your pets?

Righto, here we go... (I'm getting terrible aren't I?)

So, Rory had a reorganisazion of his cage today - his new wheel was added, toys swapped around and a full clean out....

The result...

His new carry case also arrived today, so while I cleaned him out, I left him to get acquainted!

I'M A HAMSTER, GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!!

Rory didn't want to stay still enough for some pics today so, I decided to give my very vain cat, Jiang (chinese name, meaning ginger), some time in the spotlight!

I know I'm gorgeous!

I'm ready for my close-up!

I'm cute too!

I love him to bits! Over the years, he has been there for me when many a human has deserted me. His purr has often lifted me from the deepest darkest reccess of my depression.

What a gorgeous cat! I loove the name too! He looks like a very happy and affectionate cat, I especially love that last photo. With the contented look on his face in all of these photos, I can practically hear him purring, hehe. I want to catnap him!
