Re: Is he actually a rex?
I think I may have had a Rex once and bred him with one of my females

Re: Is he actually a rex?
He is one stunning boy, I love his wild coat. <3
However, I do not believe he is a rex. He doesn't look like one to me, anyways. ^^'

Re: Is he actually a rex?
Maybe he's part Rex? Is that possible?

Re: Is he actually a rex?
He's not a rex as the whiskers are not curly enough

Then would the one linked above also not be one...as Buzz's whiskers resemble that ones?

Re: Is he actually a rex?
All the whiskers should curl inwards and the eyelashes are also curled. You don't see the lashes much on hams an but rexes can have issues with inturned eyelashes. The whiskers on a rex carrier are sometimes slightly wavy though so he may be a carrier. I will get some pics when I get home.
The linked hamster at Homeden is a rex.

Re: Is he actually a rex?
I saw a lovely rex at the show I went to, on the sales table.. ahhh, I had a lot of thinking to do that morning! I was told he had problems with his eyes, and when I asked if it was the eyelids curling, I was told no, they just get very sleepy haha.
I LOVE rex hams. I'd love a LH Satin / Rex one day. In the world where i have the time and money for dozens of lovely syrian lads!
