Front of the Journal

I got my Hamster Club Journal today and I was very pleasantly suprised at the picture on the cover - it was Pophammys Bailey and her babies. What a lovely thing to see, especially after whats just happened - perfect timing and a fitting tribute to a wonderful hamster.

Mine's arrived this morning - it's a lovely picture of and a really nice tribute to Bailey.

We were more than surprised to see the pic as we sent it in a while ago. We have always loved that picture and did not know what was going to happen when we sent it in. It sure brought a lump to our throats but Bailey would have been proud to be a front cover star

We miss her so much and when you go into the hammy soom you still look twice at her space and expect her to pop out. Yes Holly that is baby Paws and Sonni at the front. Thank you all for noticing our lovely lady.

Yes, we had no idea what would happen when we sent in the picture. Bailey would have been proud to know that she was on the front of the journal. Thanks to everyone for your kind comments.

In the UK we have several clubs in the different regions all under the National Hamster Council. If you are a member you receive a monthly journal. Here is the NHC website link.

They do accept international members and you can receive your journal electronically
