Paper bedding

Have shredded some paper from old college assignments, which has coloured and black& white ink. Also pen ink

Would it be suitable for hamster bedding? I'm not completely sure x

Shredded paper can have sharp edges. It`s best to buy Safebed paper bedding. It`s basically paper based and comes in strips or flakes. It`s sometimes called paper wool, but it`s not wool, it`s like a soft parchment. If you google `Safebed` you will see some sites appear with images of it. It`s usually around 99p a bag and one small bag goes a long way because once opened, it doubles in size! It tears easily, is warm and absorbent and most importantly, safe.

I'd say no because can you imagine sleeping and getting a million paper cuts! Poor hammy wouldn't be very comfortable in that I dont think.
