Rin's Change Of Cage

Just realised most of my titles for threads sound like chapter titles. Oh well I'm a writer so it's allowed.

Anyways. I had to put Rin in a smaller bin cage today. I realise that she's 2 and a half and she has no energy for her Imac and extension anymore. So I had to drag out Aizen's old cage, makes me feel sad though because it is small for a syrian but she really is a bit wobbly now and can't do all the running around she used to. So she mostly just sleeps.

In an attempt to cheer me up though my housemate left a note on her cage. XD

So my question. What else do I have to expect looking after a hammy who's getting quite old now?

I mean, Aizen, Luppi and Tosh didn't seem as old as Rin is getting now.

Different hamsters age in different ways. You'll probably find she struggles with toys she used to use so its best to keep a more simple set up for her safety.
Cuddles are much more appreciated then exercise by most oldies
