Plants?

I got Ruby a little ceramic dish today, like the ones you put under plants and i thought it would be nice to grow something in it for her and when it is big enough she can have it in her cage! I only forgot that I have no idea what plants hamsters can actually have! So , what plants can hamsters eat? It needs to be small, fast growing and easily available as seeds in garden centers etc.

Maybe some cress?

I know you can buy small Basil plants in pots cheaply, not sure if they are sold as seeds?

Im not allowed to grow cress as apparently it stinks!

I think you can get basil seeds, there was loads of herb ones i saw today!
Is cat grass ok, if thats what its called lol

Someone else asked about Cat Grass before and someone said it was fine.

I've seen this online but doubt garden centres would sell it.
