Yes!!!! Online order had arrived cage , wheel , toys etc
Is it to early to get everything set up ? Cage is well bigger than it looks in pictures !

Well I was a naughty girl and the cage is now all set up only 27 days early
I'm not sure if joining this forum was such a good idea as I will be wanting more and more hamsters ! Lol
How do people persuade their other halfs to let them get more ?


What are the essential things a cage should have in them ?

You will be well and truely addicted
essential things - Food bowl (or you can scatter food if you choose)
Water bottle
House (or you can just put nesting material and let them have an open nest)
Wheel (8" for syrian)

The rest is just extras of which you choose. Although a sand tray is good every so often and things to chew.

Hehe! I know how you feel I have had my cage set up for my robos for ages waiting for them.

Yeah the basics are food, water, somewhere to hide and a wheel, its good to have a snad bath as they will often use this for a toilet and stops them weeing in their bed.

I dont need to do any persuading! I live with my parents, the bf thinks its a silly hobby but I dont care!
