Meet Popcorn, my beautiful new long-haired cream boy

He was born 8th July, making him 7 weeks & 2 days old now. He's still settling in, so I only managed a short video on my phone, which I have trimmed down to only a couple of seconds (couldn't manage a still photo just yet, will try later when he's out of bed).

He's been quite adventurous, exploring his cage and climbing toys, as well as a bit of monkey-barring; I was shocked to see him climb right to the top, but he realised there was no way out, and just reversed back down again

. I can see he has a little bit of a skirt already, so I think he will be a fluffy!

Aw he is lovely. So cute! He does look pretty fluffy already. Like the way he has got bedding all over the place already.

No, I put some tissue "downstairs", but I haven't put his proper igloo in yet, until I tame him a bit more. I put the tissue inside the logs "upstairs" just in case he decided to make a temporary house in there (didn't want him to get cold sleeping on a plastic shelf), however, he has heaped up a pile of megazorb underneath the red ledge as a nest, and has been transferring tissue all around the cage! I think he likes dragging it around, and has even mananged to push some out of the cage

He's not in trouble for it tho
