how much fruit and veg do you give your hammys and how often i giving my boys one bit every week carrat which thy dnt eat just play with

i normally give mine veg or fruit twice a week.
Its hard to explain how much, but about two small thumb nail sized pieces each (fingernail size for peggy)

your boys just might not fancy carrot, try a range of different things and hopefully they'll take to a few
Sweetcorn, baby sweetcorn, bell pepper, grapes and apple goe down well here.
Only Treo will eat banana, but he adores it!

Huxley loves carrot but my sons two hammies don't. I give him fresh veg no more than three times a week. I give a small piece of broccoli (about the size Mel says), little triangle of cucumber, one sweetcorn. He also loves blueberries which are an ideal size.
You'll just have to try a variety of fresh veg/fruit till you fine what they like.

I just give tiny peices as well - couple of times a week - just depending what's in the fridge. Try some of the safe food noted on the wiki
