I bought Toffee some Rotastak Milk Drops and then remembered that hamsters shouldn't drink milk. Are the milk drops OK, though?

yes they are fine, just only as a occasional treat as they are sugary and fatty
hamsters can have milk as long as its in small amounts mixed into porridge or weetabix.

Awww thank you. She's a dear girl and hopefully nice and healthy! Her fur is quite soft and fluffy even though she's short haired
