Just noticed these last few days that my two winter whites are drinking lots of water compaired to usual should I be worried?

Firstly check to see if the bottle is leaking sometimes it can appear that they are but they aren't. If you get what i mean.
Additional drinking can be an indication of diabetes i think - there is something on the wiki about it. I think the vet can do a test to see if that is the case

The warmer weather may also make them much more thirsty

No its not the bottle I actually watch them drink.

I was also wondering you can get like a multivitamin to put in their water when is it most prudent to use that? Is it only to be used when their sick or is it something you can use everyday?

some people do use it every day, some people use it every so often and others only use when a hamster is ill or in need of a boost!
So its really personal preference
personally i feel, if you feed them a good quality food and supplements like vegetables OR porridge and baby food(if they are ill) then there is no need at all.
