Has she been sick

Hi, I've had my hamster a couple of weeks and until two days ago gave her what I was provided with to eat. The last two days I've found what looks like regurgitated hay and brown food matter in her food bowl? It must be something in the new food mix , any ideas why she's eating hay as well? Maybe she always has and I didn't know. She eating well, like a hoover ! And seems fine

Hamsters can't vomit so it's more likely to be things she has nibbled up small and maybe pouched then put in the food bowl. They do eat hay a bit actually and sometimes will make it in to a nest.
