Default How to make my syrian hamsters eat lab blocks?

I started feeding them lab blocks about two months ago, every day as their staple diet, along with seed mixes that I scattered in their enclosures. They were eating the blocks back then, but now they seem to eat them last, and the blocks become stale; I've soaked the blocks in water and mushed it; they were eating, but it was not until a week ago that they stopped eating it entirely but the seed mixes.

My seed mix is Versele Laga Crispy Muesli Hamster & Co. It's not the best, but this is the only food I can get in a local pet store. The only blocks that I can buy in my country are:

Mazuri Rat & Mouse - very expensive
Smartheart - is certainly not the best

What can I do to make them eat those blocks again?
