Question Micro Greens

Good day,

I've recently started looking into growing microgreens for my hamsters and have some questions regarding these tiny sproutlings.

When sprouting, let's say, tomato seeds, do the leaves still stay toxic to hams? Do the nutritional value and rules stay the same when it comes to sprouts?

I don't know re tomato seeds, I've only ever planted things like flax, quinoa, chard etc
I believe sprouts are higher in nutrition value as well as more easily digestible which is why they are so good for you and our little animals.
