Default Herbs, sprays and forage

Hello,

I did some research before getting my Russian dwarf hamster, Fluffy. Herbs and sprays were recommended, especially by YouTubers. I got the impression that these were essential for enrichment and diet.

I ordered a rosewood 'herbs' product that turned out to be not suitable for hamsters. I don't know what they mean by herbs. Do they mean forage?

I am giving my hamster a little bit of forage every day. He eats some of it. It builds up in the cage. Is that alright? They are from pets at home. They are dried parsley and celery, hibiscus and dandelion, more rarely I give fennel, caraway and dill sticks.

I got some millet. They are big. I was expecting to put a whole one in the cage but they are huge. I only gave a small amount. How often can I feed this?
