Default Spinach

I know hamsters can eat spinach, but can they consume it raw? My hamster is a robo dwarf by the way.

Yes, they can have it raw. It's better fed raw as heating can destroy some nutrients and spinach in particular reduces a lot.

Yes it's safe to eat raw! Mania is yet to try it but all my previous hamsters have enjoyed it. Remember to only feed a small amount though, especially if your hamster isn't used to having fresh foods.
