Question Feeding oats to hamster

Guys I need help
I have been feeding my hamster plain oats cucumber, carrots, rice, curd ,eggs ,spinach for 1 month now since there are no pet shops around me who sell hamster food. I ordered a food mix from Amazon but my hamster didn't seem to like it and it was a waste of money. I just wanted to know if this diet I am feeding is safe or not or anything else that I should include in her diet?
