No because they don't make up the mix themselves they have no control over its ingredients.

The mixes are supplied to the customer in ordinary, sealed food bags with stick on labels so taken from a larger bag or sack i suppose.

To keep the cost and packaging down is fine by me, in fact its something i'd prefer.

Oh I'm glad I came across this as I was possibly thinking of purchasing this mix. Like you have found Ria, Loki tends to leave the herby bits in the Bunny Dream food but from reading these posts I think I will stick with it and purchase another bag off Zooplus. He really seems to enjoy the rest of it so I'm pleased we are now able to buy it again.

Glad you got a refund.. it's very worrying how a 'chilli' ended up in the mix!!
