Hi! I have joined the forum for some time now, and I finally just adopted my first Syrian hamster from someone else who couldn't take care of him anymore, I will be picking him up on Sunday. He is 3 month old, and due to his previous owner not knowing that Syrian hamsters are solitary, he lost an eye in a fight.
So, to prepare for his arrival, I want to ask if this mix is good for him.
Hamster - Versele-Laga
Versele-Laga Nature Hamster nature Syrian
COMPOSITION
Cereals, derivatives of vegetable origin, vegetables (green peas 12%), seeds (striped sunflower seeds 6%), vegetable protein extracts, fruit (apricot 1.5%, raisins 1%), nuts, insects (mealworms 4%), minerals, yeasts, oils and fats, herbs, MOS, FOS, calendula, grape seed

I really want to give him a nice and healthy life. I would very appreciate any other recommendations, (this is one of the best mixes found in my country). Thanks in advanced,
Raye
