Question Overweight Dwarf

Hi,
I just got my dwarf hamster Swiffer a month ago and have noticed that he might be a little bit overweight. He weighs 74g and mainly eats a mix of “All Living Things: The power of 5” And “Hagen Hamster and gerbil mix”. I give him a small treat once a week, mostly a small boiled broccoli, An air popped popcorn, or lettuce. Is there a way I can improve his weight/nutrition?

btw I live in Canada and the food suggested by some US owners is not sold here.
