Default Is 12-13% fat too much?

The breeder I'm getting my hamster from uses white mill expert premium hamster food, which has 12.67% fat. This concerns me a bit because that seems really high. She says the mix works for her hamsters, but I wonder if I should pick out some sunflower seeds? (there's a huge amount of sunflower seeds)

The other percentages are 15.7% protein, 8.32% fibre and 3.35% ashes.
