Default Are fresh soy beans safe?

Hi everyone,
Quick question: is it ok to feed my dwarf fresh green soy beans? Couldn't really find any recent info on this, so I'm just asking it here to make sure it's safe. I know there are soy beans in some hamster mixes, but I'm not sure if that proves that it's safe to feed it fresh as well. Let me know

They're fine but have to be cooked I'm pretty sure anyway you can't feed them raw.
