Re: cucumber?
Cucumbers are safe for hamsters! I usually leave the skin on every time I give it to my hamster, but regardless, she never eats it anyway

Re: cucumber?
Cucumber is absolutely fine for hamsters & many of them love it, the skin is ok too but give it a wash first.

Re: cucumber?
I hope your little one enjoys it. Btw, often people give it to their hams whenever they are traveling because it is a good source of hydration during any trip.

Re: cucumber?
My little one loves cucumber. It's good for them. I give a slice of it, but I take the skin off, due to me being paranoid about germs. Though I always wash it, I feel better taking the skin off. But that is just me

Re: cucumber?
Most of mine really seem to like cucumber and I often use it in carriers and show pens as a water source when travelling.
Mine will usually eat the skin and it's perfectly safe to do so but my oldest, who has some dental issues will usually leave it.

Re: cucumber?
I give a chunk rather than a slice I cut a quite thick slice and quarter it and they get a quarter.
