Yes. It's what they do! It's why they have cheek pouches so they can collect up lots of dry food & hoard it - in the wild they like to have a stash in case they have a spell where they don't find much food. The name hamster comes from the German "to hoard". If you're feeding too much they may end up with a bigger hoard than they need but they do need a stash. Some hams will pee on their hoard so if you need to remove that then do replace it with some more food so they don't feel too miffed you pinched their hoard. The exception to this is wet food - such as vegetables - which should be removed if they don't eat it so it doesn't go mouldy in their cages.
Should I be worried since my Dwarf hamster Celica hordes all of her food and never eats sitting in her dish. Like I changed Yamagi my Syrian and her food to vita garden and she stuffed the whole tsp I gave her in her cheeks and went back into her burrow.
They don't usually eat much sat in the food dish, it's perfectly normal behaviour to pouch the food & take it back to the nest or some safe place in the cage where they will eat some & hoard some.

No, it's not a problem. In fact, Ares actually has taken to sleeping in his dish so he's always there when I refill it!

Yes they like to hoard and then snack somewhere they feel safe and undisturbed. Just make sure their hoard isn't getting weed on, some hams do this as a territorial thing and then its best to sneak it away and replace it with fresh. Don't just take it without replacing it though as it makes them uneasy and think a predator or rival has been!
