What seeds (other than pumpkin and sunflower) are ok for a dwarf hamster to eat?

Lots! All in moderation but good seeds include millet, dari (also known as milo or sorghum) hemp, flax/linseed & safflower.
They usually really like oats too.

I noticed that cheerios cereal (non-honey) have most or all of these grains. Can I give my WW's those (in moderation of course)? Or is there some chemical or something else I should be wary of?

It depends. What are the full ingredients list?If there is nothing but grains,it could be safe, but if there are chemicals and such it would not be safe to feed them.

I think most types of Cheerios are sweetened so I wouldn't feed them, they do several varieties so it may be worth checking ingredients to see if there is one that doesn't contain sugar.
Better to give a few straight seeds, healthier & if you scatter them around more fun for your ham!

I just bought some organic cornflakes - no sugar - the use a bit of rice syrup in them. Cheerios would be too sweet and could cause tooth decay!
