Chicken

We had some chicken for tea and before we added any oil etc to the pan we cooked a small piece for our hamster Nibbles. This is ok to feed isn't it? Never fed her chicken before so wanted to double check. Nothing else added just chicken. It might be a bit cold though as we had it at about 7.

Yes it's great for them to have a little piece every once in a while It's always been a favourite with my hams.

I have heard that the occasional piece plain chicken is good for them

They can have a very small piece of cold, plain cooked chicken a couple of times a week, they usually love it too!

I would give a very small piece though - usually they eat it straight away but if it's a bigger piece and he pouches some of it you might need to go rooting through his hoard to remove it before it goes off. Charlie did pouch his once but it was in pride of place right next to his nest so easy to remove next morning

We don't eat much chicken in this house, as we mostly eat vegetarian food, but when we do we get the stuff you put in sandwiches. Sometimes it's real chicken breast, but not always. Would some of this be ok too, or is it too processed?

I'd say no.It tends to be loaded with salts and things,which isn't very good in general since they tend to have a huge amount of them.Not the mention how processed they are If you can get freeze dried chicken it would be an easier option,or just regular plain chicken breast.
