Re: Alfalfa - Safe or Not?
It's should be Timothy hay as if it was alfalfa it would say in the ingredients, but it's an occasional treat, so should be ok either way.
The tunnels in which I've just looked at the ingredients in which says 100% alfalfa and honey. But looked at another similar product and the ingredients are Alfalfa, starch, propionic acid, sawdust, sodium alga acid, potassium sorbate, artificial colouring, which seems like a lot of chemicals to me, I avoid product in which the ingredients list a lot of chemicals as I prefer natural treats.

Re: Alfalfa - Safe or Not?
Definitely a great treat
I've always gotten so frustrated with the edible tunnels, because either they're ridiculously overpriced for their low quality or the ingredients just aren't healthy.
