Re: Paprika / Pineapple ??????
Give sprouts raw preferably, I usually give about a quarter of one or a half if they're tiny ones.
The amount of cucumber you're giving sounds about right, cucumber doesn't cause diarrhoea, that's a bit of a myth really some people seem to think it's a problem because it's high in water content but they just tend to drink less if they have fresh veg.
Any veg can cause problems if they eat too much but they rarely do & if you just introduce things gradually you shouldn't have any problems at all.

Re: Paprika / Pineapple ??????
I think it`s cabbage and sprouts that can cause gas/bloat, so only a small piece really to be on the safe side. And yes, raw veg is best. Cooking or steaming veg will reduce the nutritious vitamins somewhat and hamsters eat raw greens not cooked! x

Re: Paprika / Pineapple ??????
Boiling the vegetables reduces the nutrition but steaming doesn't.
Green veggies seem to be more popular, I've found that with mine.
