Thanks flowerfairy. It is very frustrating as my past few orders with Zooplus have been paid for and sent without these problems. Using the same debit card possibly. So nothing at my end has changed. It seems to me that they changed their payment page and give two methods to pay. One at the top where it states if you have our card `saved`, you just click PAY and that`s it. I done this (stupidly thinking it would work) and that`s when they emailed to say they had to cancel it. I then re-ordered and paid the normal way by tying all my details in manually. I received my `Thankyou for your order` email and awaited my the dispatch email. Four days later, nothing.
I contacted them yesterday and this morning, they email again to say they cannot `capture` my card payment and have cancelled the order.
I don`t understand this. They give you the option to PAY quickly, yet then say that they don`t `hold` card details? EH????!!!
Anyway, I`ve had it with them. x
